Sara-Placid Lakers

The Sara-Placid Lakers exist to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, personal growth, and physical well-being through positive mentorship, equitable access, and quality coaching to young athletes in the training and development of youth hockey.

Our goal is to provide safe, welcoming, and well-equipped hockey facilities for the benefit of youth players and their families in the Saranac Lake and Lake Placid region, and to advance the sport of hockey through inclusive community engagement, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts, including collaboration with local service organizations and community-driven initiatives.
